CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST LOCATION: WOBURN, MA POSITION TYPE: FULL TIME

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a customer support specialist, your job will never be boring! Each day will present new and unique opportunities to serve others. Your friendly, upbeat voice and clear, helpful emailed responses will have a lasting impression on our clients. You are valuable and important!
On an average day, a customer support specialist: • Provides customer service to our client base via email and phone support • Develops and maintains relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication • Research, resolves, and follows up on customer issues in a timely manner • Accurately completes credit applications, tax exemption forms and return authorizations • Receives help tickets and assigns them to the appropriate department or person • Creates, updates, and maintains case records in our ticketing system • Perform other duties assigned
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
For this entry level position, we will train candidates with the following attributes: • At least 1 year of customer service experience • The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment • Experience with Microsoft Office • Strong organizational skills • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent computer skills • The ability to learn new programs and software applications • Extreme attention to detail • The ability to identify, research and solve problems quickly and independently • A positive, can-do attitude This is a position with unlimited growth potential.
