BIOLOGIX CENTER FOR OPTIMUM HEALTH, NEW LOCATION: FRANKLIN, TN

Biologix Center for Optimum Health is accepting resumes for a Customer Service Specialist, Full-time, Weekdays only. We are a privately owned Biological and Bio regulatory medicine practice with emphasis in physical medicine, holistic medicine, regenerative medicine, advanced chiropractic medicine, and curative massage therapy for people with chronic illnesses. Experience with holistic medicine, functional medicine desired, but thorough training is available.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will assist and educate patients regarding the most state-of-the-art technologies for use in restoring the body’s perfect design and function. Our advanced technologies and treatment systems are only available at the Biologix Center for Optimum Health.

We are constantly implementing new technologies at the Biologix Center for Optimum Health.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Support the facility's mission, goals, and objectives

• Conducts self, as a positive role model and team member

• Assists the facility staff in identifying and solving patient-care problems

• Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers

• Interacts with others in a positive, respectful, and considerate manners

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with patient therapies: prepare therapy areas, educate patients, maintain safe and sanitary conditions, keep inventory of supplies.

• Complete non-clinical and clerical tasks as assigned: general housekeeping, restock of supplies.

• Develop a personal relationship with physicians, patients, and general public.

• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
