    POSITION SUMMARY

    Provides assistance and support to the InterTech Business Park Executive Director and the BRF Controller in an administrative function

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    Maintains a presence at the front desk to greet staff, tenants, students, guest and visitors.

    Monitor internal and exterior cameras.

    Sets up and breaks down meetings.

    Answers phones and routes calls to appropriate recipients.

    Sorts and distributes US mail, overnight packages, and interoffice mail in a timely manner. Maintains log of each package received. Delivers USPS mail and overnight packages to USPS Main Post Office and/or Overnight Mail locations. Distributes accounts payable mail for processing and approvals as required.

    Picks up, delivers, and distributes mail and other documents (including off-site BRF locations and third parties); adds postage to BRF mail.

    Maintains postage machine, troubleshoots and requests service for office equipment.

    Prepares and submits work orders, maintains log of work orders to make sure all work is done satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

    Maintains petty cash and postage stamps.

    Assists with inventory additions, reporting, and data entry.

    Performs some courier duties between multiple offices as needed.

    Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies to include copier paper, coffee and eating utensils.

    Orders office supplies for employees.

    Enters electronic requisitions in Microix for multiple departments as needed.

    Works in MIP to prepare and deliver monthly invoices to InterTech tenants.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    High School diploma or equivalent with general office experience. Experience or knowledge of Accounts Receivables and general accounting experience preferred. Strong computer skills are required.
