In order to qualify for an internship at Bionano Genomics, one must either have recently attained an undergraduate or graduate degree or be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.Bionano interns will be matched with meaningful opportunities providing practical experience that will help them meet their unique educational and career goals and objectives. The internships will conclude with project presentations that will expand the individuals’ skill set and highlight their learnings while also relating to the values and operations of the company.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources, San Diego, CA (Hybrid)The HR intern will help with migration from physical to electronic employee files to ensure minimal documents are housed in each file. S/he will manage the HR job description library to ensure job descriptions are in place for each role, accurate and reflective of major duties. In addition, the intern will perform an I-9 audit to ensure compliance.Bionano Genomics does not accept resumes submitted by agencies.
