REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, or a related field, and will have biologics, pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech litigation, PTAB, and/or related patent litigation experience. Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office is preferred. Prior experience working on BPCIA and/or Hatch Waxman litigation matters is a plus. Top academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required.
