BIRD ROCK COFFEE ROASTERS IS LOOKING FOR A ACCOUNTING/BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT/WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our busy and growing coffee company is look for an organized, personable person who can perform two different jobs at the same time and has a high level of multitask ability.

Bookkeeping duties include some of the following:

*Inputting daily sales and accounts payable for x6 cafes all tied together with a production warehouse facility.

*Wholesale Customer Service Representative duties include support, answer and resolve wholesale client inquires, as well as communicate out new product launches internally and externally.

*There will be no outbound cold calling or door to door required from this role.

*This position is email and computer intensive, and it requires a high level of multitasking, organization, and communication with head accountant.

*QuickBooks, Excel, and all Microsoft Office software experience always a plus.
