CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate Executive Recruiter driven to help our clients find the best talent while positively impacting the lives of the candidates. The candidate should posses full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our clients attract, hire and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
