Birthday Party Instructor (Part-Time)

At The Little Gym, we don’t just host birthday parties—we create Awesome Birthday Bash experiences that families remember forever. We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to lead and host weekend birthday parties.

Schedule & Location

🗓 Part-time weekends:

Saturdays: 1:00–5:30 PM

Sundays: 11:30 AM–4:00 PM

Hours are based on party bookings, so shifts can vary from week to week.

This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.

What You’ll Do

Lead high-energy, structured birthday parties for children of all ages

Run games, activities, and gym time while keeping kids engaged and having fun

Take charge of the full party experience—from start to finish

Create a smooth, stress-free experience for parents (they’re here to celebrate—we handle the rest!)

Adapt to different group sizes, personalities, and energy levels

Support set-up, transitions, and clean-up to ensure parties run seamlessly
