#18572 | CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIGITAL SPECIALIST

Bishop & Company is seeking a qualified CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIGITAL SPECIALIST for a financial organization in the Downtown area that is tech savvy, who can utilize multiple computers systems at once and has good customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIGITAL SPECIALIST:

• Seeking a highly motivated digital specialist with strong written communication skills to create world class experiences for consumers.  
• Responsible for enhancing online account sales and increasing support efficiencies by handling multiple support sessions.
• Responsibility to provide expert product knowledge and excellent customer support through the online support channel.

MINIMIUM REQUIREMENTS OF A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIGITAL SPECIALIST:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of online digital support function
• 3+ years of customer service experience – preferably in banking
• 1+ years of sales experience with a consumer product or service

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Must have previous experience demonstrating knowledge in digital support
• Comfortable utilizing multiple systems and applications
• Understanding account profiling and recognizing sales opportunities

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR THE/BENEFITS OF BEING A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE DIGITAL SPECIALIST:

• Temp-perm
• Hours: 8am-5pm (hours can fluctuate) 
• Location: Downtown, parking on own
• Pay: $19/hr
