The Role We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our Engineering team. The Test Technician/Engineer will serve as an integral contributor to the BW Engineering Department. The purpose of the Sr. Test Technician/Test Engineer is to create test set-ups that accurately model the effects of product service life that will involve both existing products and new product development. This person shall be an energetic, hands-on creative problem solver that is effective in collaborating across all facets of the business. This role will report to the Director of Engineering.
