Job Description

Daily responsibilities largely consist of writing estimates, writing/closing service work orders, and scheduling technicians.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain high level of customer support
• Intake work orders for walk-in and email/phone customer requests by listening to customer’s description of symptoms
• Discusses preventative & routine maintenance options with customers
• Keep customers up-to-date on the status of their repair order
• Monitor shop schedule & make adjustments where needed
• Write service repair orders
• Close work orders and invoice customers per company policies
• Collect payment for service invoicing per company policies
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area
• Maintain pleasant attitude with everyone
