Evening shifts involve serving alcohol, so candidates must be at least 21 years old. We're looking for team players eager to learn and grow with us. While previous food service experience is a plus, it's not required—your willingness to learn is what's essential. At Encore Enterprises, we value and support our employees with benefits like Marriott room rate discounts for part-time team members. If you're passionate about hospitality and customer satisfaction, let's make great experiences together. Responsibilities: • Greet guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive. • Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring each order meets our quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized bistro area, creating a pleasant environment for our guests. • Handle cash transactions accurately, reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. • Assist in restocking supplies and inventory to ensure the bistro is always ready for service. • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations when needed. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential. • Ability to interact warmly and professionally with guests, ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment. • Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture. • Ability to adhere to corporate and local guidelines, policies, and procedures consistently. • Experience in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently. • Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring all setup, preparation, and cleanup tasks are completed on schedule. • Experience in food preparation or service is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided for those eager to learn.
