    Bistro attendant hours are 5:30 am to 11:30 am and/or 4:30 pm to 11 pm. Evening attendants must be at least 21 years old. Duties include preparing food, taking food orders, reconciling cash drawers, keeping the food areas clean and neat, and being friendly to our guests. Evening shifts serve alcohol. Duties require a cheerful, dependable disposition. Key qualities we seek are a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Performs outlet opening and closing duties • Ensures adherence to corporate and local guidelines, policies, and procedures • Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience • Supervises completion of required setup/preparation at the beginning of the shift, and clean up and restocking at the end of the shift • Inspects all equipment prior to, during, and at the end of the shift, and addresses any needed repairs • Inventories supplies at the beginning of the shift and obtains supplies necessary to support the forecasted level of business • Organizes products when they are delivered and stores them in accordance with best practices • Other duties as assigned, including the needs of the function room and events Qualifications: • Experience in food preparation is not required, but an open and learning attitude is required • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to take direction from a supervisor Compensation: $14 hourly
