• Supports the Director of Food and Beverage in directives and goals • Provide leadership and support for managers, supervisors, and line-level employees in Bistro 2Two2 and the Beverage Department • Provide daily feedback and coaching to their supervisors and line-level employees. • Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage on service initiatives and standards for all Bistro and Beverage Departments. • Assists with the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain and improve productivity, food quality, service, creativity, and merchandising to increase volume, sales, and profit in Bistro and Beverage. • Engage and strive to achieve financial (productivity, cost management, and top-line revenue), safety/sanitation, and guest sentiment goals. • Reviews and regularly evaluate guest satisfaction in individual outlets. • Generates business correspondence. • Coordinate and facilitate the Outlets training. Responsibilities: • Assist in the development of the yearly budget for Bistro2Two2 and Beverage. • Develop a monthly forecast. • Monitor the payroll of these Outlets • Attend weekly department head meeting. • Revise standards and procedures for the department, as necessary. • Maintain a good working relationship with other departments. • Set an example for all team members to emulate by complying with all hotel policies and procedures. • Perform a variety of other duties as assigned and responsibilities as requested. • Support communication of the Company’s philosophy and company culture using Guiding Principles and S.U.R.P.R.I.S.E D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement. • Provide instruction and/or guidance and assist in the FB initiatives to follow all Safety training and programs. • Must adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed. • Write and present Yearly reviews to Outlet team members, including assistant managers and supervisors. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Hospitality Degree or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience • Prior experience and knowledge using POS, OpenTable • Accounting and arithmetic skills • Strong leadership skills with the capacity for development • Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner. • Innovative and trustworthy • Ability to remain impartial during conflict. • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Stands/walks 80% of the shift. 20% doing administrative duties in the office. • Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently. • Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and/or freezer. Compensation: $60,000 to start
