Compensation: $2.33/hour plus Tips Shifts: All Day Shifts (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Job Summary:

As a server, you are the first point of contact and play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that defines our guest experience. Essential Functions

Servers take orders and fulfill all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience. In addition to core responsibilities, servers may be asked to perform various support tasks as needed by F&B Management, based on the inn’s operational needs. Additional duties may include:

Responding to special guest requests

Cleaning unexpected spills or messes

Assisting with other service-related tasks to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

High School diploma or General Education degree.

Fine Dining experience preferred.

Maturity and the ability to perform well under pressure are required.

Job Type:

Part-Time: Must be able to work a varied schedule, including Mid and PM shifts, weekdays, and holidays

Physical Demands: An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee is frequently expected to stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs comfortably, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee occasionally requires the ability to lift products and supplies of up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
