Responsibilities: • Supervise employee cash charge controls. • Assign server stations, opening and closing side-work, and daily cleaning. • Check opening and closing serving, bartender, and busser side work. • Oversee restaurant operations when the Manager is not present. • Run required reports and computer summaries. • Direct and ensure procedures are followed by servers, bartenders, and bussers. • Check on guests as they are dining to assure customer satisfaction. • Handle guest problems or concerns and report back to the Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. • Foster a positive and inspirational team atmosphere. • Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. • Strong problem-solving/conflict resolution skills with employees and guests. • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledgeable in all aspects of tableside service. • Customer service-oriented ensures each guest has an excellent experience. • Strong people management and development skills. Compensation: $20 hourly
