    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Bitdefender is seeking a highly motivated, versatile, and strategic product/solution marketer to join the Enterprise Solutions Product Marketing team. In this role, you will drive the go-to-market execution of Bitdefender enterprise security solutions. You will own messaging, positioning and evangelism, and supporting demand-gen and field and channel enablement activities.

    The successful candidate will be directly responsible for driving our marketing content and activities, including demand gen campaigns. They will be the spokesperson and subject matter expert for their product or solution portfolio. They will be a creative, out-of-the-box thinker, unafraid of challenging the status quo. They will be adept at working with cross-functional teams across the US and Europe to successfully meet their objectives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Define and drive the Go to Market plan jointly with other members of the product and marketing team.
    • Develop marketing content for all stages of the buyers’ journey including presentations, whitepapers, solution briefs, landing pages, videos, blogs, etc.
    • Create tools to support the sales cycle such as sales kits and buyers guides, as well as tools to support demand generation assets and activities such as webinars, infographics, etc.
    • Analyze competitors and understand market landscape to educate sales team and integrate observations into all sales tools.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for the product with analysts and press, as well as with customers and partners at tradeshows and events.
    • Contribute to sales enablement efforts through product training and creation of enablement tools such as call scripts, training presentations, cheat sheets, and more.
    • Be the market expert by maintaining a constant pulse on the customer experience – from the customer use case to user persona to competitive landscape - through regular customer contact and monitoring of the enterprise software security market.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management
    • Domain expertise in security is desired
    • Experience with marketing disruptive products in the marketplace is desired
    • Strong and prolific writing skills across both long form and short form collateral
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in front of customers, sales and executive audiences
    • Experience with product/technology evangelism in 1x1 discussions and industry events / conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers
    • Demonstrated ability to work across continents with global team members
    • Proven project management skills for complex projects.
    • Comfortable/active with corporate social media (Twitter, LinkedIn)
    • Must be self-motivated and a proactive self-starter with ability to handle multiple complex tasks
    • BA/BS degree required, MBA/MS desirable
    • Some travel (up to 20%) will be required (whenever this will be possible)
