    JOB SUMMARY

    The Brand Ambassador is a part-time, entry level position, responsible for the implementation of the Bite Squad product coordination in the specific marketing area, in which they function. Responsible for achieving and carrying out the development and defining the overall vision and strategy of Bite Squad's on-demand product. This position represents the Bite Squad brand to targeted customers in order to increase awareness, create a specific image, and build customer preference. This position also oversees with management support external resources needed during each stage of product development from product launch, download and through product development.

    Creative solutions, driven mindset, with a get it done attitude. Relevant experience in consumer service marketing is helpful. Restaurant experience is helpful especially within the specific City Market. Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen. Entrepreneurial DNA and fear tolerance. PAY RATE This is a part-time position. The base pay for this position is $10 per hour with opportunities for raises up to $14 per hour based on performance. This position requires driving and comes with a monthly fuel allowance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    1. Elevates the Bite Squad brand in assigned market
    2. Works closely with the Regional Manager to develop strategy and weekly priority tasks.
    3. Identifies the Bite Squad pitch and goals. Works with the Regional Manager and other Brand Ambassadors to achieve them.
    4. Works with the Regional Manager on analyzing and deciding on local marketing efforts, such as sponsorships, events, etc.
    5. Serves as boots on the ground marketing in designated areas that the Regional Manager has developed.
    6. Represents Bite Squad at company events, when necessary.
    7. Monitors market performance and customer feedback in cooperation with customer service.
    8. Daily check-in with Regional Marketing Manager (accountability)

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    1. Preferably enrolled in a university/college program
    2. Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sales or related major preferred, but not required
    3. Campus involvement (Greek life, athletics, clubs, associations. etc.)
    4. Solid work history through part-time or seasonal work, internships, campus jobs, etc. 
    5. Fun, social, outgoing, driven, professional attitude and demeanor 
    6. Strong communication and time management skills, ability to work well both independently as well as on a team
    7. Entrepreneurial DNA, high fear tolerance 
    8. Restaurant/hospitality or client facing work experience

     

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Must be at least 18 years of age
    2. Reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license and state required insurance
    3. Must live within 15-20 miles of the assigned market
