THE COMPANY

Playgon Interactive Inc. is a producer of video-streamed Live Casino solutions, delivering premium, live dealer table gaming to gaming brands worldwide and is establishing its first North American broadcast studio in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The live dealer gaming content will be streamed as to licensees’ players preferred digital devices to play live casino games online at real tables and with real dealers.

Playgon Interactive Inc. will contract affable and captivating personalities as game presenters combined with other entertainment and special events to produce the most unique product in the online Live Casino space.

Our state-of-the-art live broadcast studio, located in the heart of Las Vegas, is equipped with authentic casino tables and gaming equipment, policies and procedures are similar to a traditional casino with some modifications to suit the virtual environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 - 2 years’ experience as an IT Support
• Good understanding of audio and video streaming
• Work varied shifts, to include night, weekends, and holiday
• Highly organized
• Motivated, fast learner and an excellent problem solver
• Works well in a collaborative team environment and independently 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years of age

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Desktop support and troubleshooting staff technical issues

2. Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade hardware/software related to:

   1. User desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
   2. Audio and visual streaming equipment
   3. Networking and storage equipment
   4. Gaming equipment

3. Picking up deliveries and IT supplies

4. Continuously master and broaden your technical skills

5. Take ownership of your work

6. Participate in 24/7 on-call support

7. Other duties as required

8. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental, and Company policies.

9. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company appearance standards.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

11. Must be physically present at work, in assigned workstation, ready to perform all functions required of the position. 

12. Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers alike.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to:

• Lift and carry 20 pounds
• Stoop, bend, and reach
• Acknowledge and respond to visual and aural cues
• Simultaneously handle the demands of many tasks

REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES In addition to the other duties described herein, each employee has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations:

• Attend required training sessions offered by Bitrate Productions.
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the employee’s department. 
• Consult Internal Control Procedures and Policy Manuals for guidance.
• Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
