    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    We're a small team creating and selling innovative outdoor electronics. We are looking for a customer-oriented sales and support representative to help sell our products to resellers, individuals and online stores and provide support to our customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage/answer incoming calls
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Handle customer support needs, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Maintain customer records of sales and service
    • Process service and repair requests (intake, diagnose, coordinate with technician to queue the repairs, bill and complete request).

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • STRONG organizational and analytical skills
    • Strong computer skills
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • College degree required

    Company Description

    At Bixpy we build really unique electric motors for kayak, paddle boards and canoes and other small boats. We also make power banks for powering outdoor equipment. We're working hard to assemble and grow a team of energetic and enthusiastic outdoors sales, marketing and customer service associates.
