BizIQ is seeking Business to Business (B2B) Sales Associates for immediate hire. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping small businesses to succeed in the digital world.

You will be responsible for helping small businesses take the first step towards bringing their online presence into the 21st century, and making a difference in the success of their business by helping to get them on the map!

Please only apply if you are local to the metropolitan Phoenix area and have the ability to  work from home at 8:00 am sharp to 4:00pm  Monday-Friday with a strong ambition and commitment to putting in your best effort every day!

This is a full time outbound phone sales role. Great pay and great hours!

• Base pay is $13.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions paid weekly. Average reps take home $250 to $300 per week in commissions and top performers are $400 to $500 per week on average (better than 45K per year)
• Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm (no travel or overtime required.)
• This position was moved from in-office to_ REMOTE_ and we anticipate this remaining remote for a significant period of time. We will provide you all computer equipment necessary upon successful completion of training. You must be local to the Greater Phoenix area.

Job Duties:

• Make a required number of daily outbound calls from a provided list of prospective clients by operating telephone equipment via an automatic dialing system
• Consistently following scripts and sales structure in a “one call close” model
• Use expert sales ability and knowledge of products or services to influence prospects to commit to the sale
• Complete orders by entering customer details by use of electronic equipment
• Navigation of the internet for quick research to better understand the prospective client and their business
• Maintain assigned equipment by keeping them functional and clean
• Strict adherence to company policies, procedures and regulations
• Contribute to team success by accomplishing daily and weekly sales goals
• Overcome customer objections

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years proven B2B telemarketing or call center outbound sales experience preferred
• Professionalism, great phone etiquette and the ability to articulate effectively
• Strong self-motivation and dedication to make and close sales deals
• Exceptional work ethic and strict adherence to attendance policies
• Time management skills and a goal-oriented personality
• Must be trustworthy, with a positive attitude and a desire to go the extra mile
• Outstanding sales and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of technology, internet navigation, and great typing skills.
• Open to regular coaching and feedback.
• Stable work history
