    REQUIREMENTS

    WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:

    We are looking for a Global Vice President to lead and grow our Solutions Consulting team and to partner with our Sales teams to drive penetration into the US Market and continued growth across EMEA and LATAM. The right candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and confidence to promote and grow the pre-sales efforts across the Global sales organization.

    • Deliver Pre-Sales services and strategic activities across regions to achieve and exceed global sales targets.
    • Be pro-active in hiring, developing and motivating a winning SC team to become trusted advisors to prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in positioning, showcasing Bizagi and leveraging market opportunity to drive commercial success
    • As a member of the Executive Team, provide thought leadership around business and digital transformation
    • Lead the technical architecture oversight and guidance to further develop the global team across all the pre-sales stages.
    • Oversee the Pre-Sales methodology and best practices globally to drive excellence in sales execution
    • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner Organization, Marketing and Product teams to enhance and improve the customer journey.
    • Passion for building a practice and being a part of a start-up company with a broad understanding of growing a SaaS team.

    YOU WILL HAVE:

    • 10+ years of applicable technical pre-sales experience from SaaS or related environments
    • At least 3 years experience in a strategic leadership position
    • At least 3 years in the DPA or adjacent markets
    • Experience in collaborating with multiple teams across a global organization
    • A passion for technology with a strong technical understanding of relevant technologies
    • Architectural experience would be desirable
    • BA/ BS Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or a related field
