Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representative to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to fulfill orders directly from customers or from internal team.
• Coordinates and tracks all activities, including planning and reporting order management.
• Communicating schedule changes, negotiating contracts and monitoring new projects.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Analyze available data and plan shipping schedule.
• Create and track order from production to delivery to client.
• Ensures physical inventories are maintained at sufficient levels for production on a daily basis.
• Interacts with internal teams, worldwide factory, and customers
• Review incoming orders and perform necessary data entry and communications to kick the project off.
• Scheduling and documentation of the order and coordination with field services and fulfillment departments.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Fast learner, detail oriented, and must be able to think outside of the box to resolve issues.
• Computer literate and proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience in SAP, Shipping & Receiving and IATF SOP as a plus.
• Inventory Control and Material Flow Skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
