JOB BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Social Media Analyst’s (OSINT) responsibility is providing support CI department, monitoring and analyzing social media posts and trends, and compiling diligent repots. This position will report to the Security Operation Director and is a full-time in-office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and review various social media platforms.
• Analyze information collected and compile detailed reports
• Create memos, updates, bulletins, and various case files.
• Review mail and electronic correspondence.
• Organizing and saving digital files and records.
• Working closely with the investigations team while taking over certain responsibilities based on company needs.
• Assisting with day-to-day errands and tasks.

REQUIRED:

• Advance understanding of social media platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Security, Investigative, Criminal Justice, Social Media or equivalent
• 1+ years of administrative office experience.
• Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent writing skills and communication
• Remarkable attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently
• PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN AN INVESTIGATION AND/OR SECURITY FIELD PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
