JOB BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Operations Assistant’s responsibility is providing support to ensure efficient operations of the company. This position will provide support and assistance to the Head of the Operations department in their day-to-day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with day-to-day errands and tasks
- Managing a calendar, task list and help keep Head of Operations organized
- Composing professionally written emails to clients and vendors
- Composing professionally written reports and case files
- Conducting preliminary online client research, build internal files, and update when necessary
- Writing and proofreading procedures, reports, updates, and companywide memos
- Navigating and performing online and social media research
- Organizing and saving digital case files
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Business Management, Communications, Security, Investigative, Criminal Justice or equivalent
- 3+ years of administrative office experience
- Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing skills and communication
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Social media knowledge and quickly learn and use new platforms
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven track record in problem-solving and working independently
- Prior experience in an investigation and/or security field preferred but not required
