Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to the CEO and our employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar
Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately.
Contribute to company reports.
Maintain an organized filing system.
Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
Reporting to CEO and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Track and respond to phone and email correspondence.
Working and coordinating with Contractors, Customers, employees, and other staff.
Able to conduct research and prepare presentations.
Managing internal and external mail on behalf of senior management.
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
Ordering office supplies and replacements and managing mail and courier services.
Scheduling Employee's shift
Managing the calendar, including scheduling meetings
Professional and able to hold confidentiality.
Contact customers to assist, call & email presentations.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, associate degree or administrative training is preferred.
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
Language: Fluency, both written and spoken, in English, is required.
Experience Advertising social media.

Pay: $17 per hour

4-hour shift
