POSITION OVERVIEW: Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape, Inc. is looking for an upbeat, motivated team member to join our Call Center! Must be able to work some evenings until 7:00 pm and rotate Saturday shift with other staff members. Temporary or longer-term positions available. We have an immediate opening for the right fit to our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, the ability to effectively schedule appointments, make outgoing calls to potential clients, multitasking, and organize/enter the leads into our database. There may be additional responsibilities and assistance to the Call Center Manager. REQUIREMENTS: - Must enjoy talking on the phone to make personable connections with callers. - Excellent customer service skills with an exceptionally positive attitude. - Ability to keep up with a fast paced work environment with little to no supervision. - Good phone presence, communication skills, and vocabulary. - Ability to prioritize and schedule client appointments effectively. - Basic Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook. - Accuracy with data entry and strong attention to detail for entering leads and schedules into the company database. - Geographic knowledge of the Bay Area is helpful. - Ability to work well with others and be part of the team. - Positive mental attitude and able to receive constructive criticism/improvements.
