The Project Administrator will be based in the Kansas City and will report to the Project Manager. Their primary focus is to assist with overall project performance. They will keep the Project Manager informed of questions, progress, discrepancies in project process, and any other issues which would impact the plan and schedule.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work with project managers:
Billing
Time and equipment entry for payroll and job costing
Create work orders
Create job packets for office and field folders
Filing
Receipts – coding for credit cards and field tickets
Certified Payroll
Assist in other administrative functions when necessary – “other duties as assigned”
Other duties as assigned
Updating project information via Excel
Run reports in Oracle JDE
Keep track of reports
Change orders
Job coordination
Job progress billings
Work order billings
