    THE ROLE

    We are looking to add a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, Texas to effectively represent our brand and routinely deliver customer satisfaction.

    YOUR TASK

    • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with a consistent, accurate, and friendly attitude.
    • Proactively looking for solutions and ways to service our customers.
    • Place outbound sales calls and campaigns.
    • Make courtesy follow-up calls.
    • Understand the products that Black Rifle Offers and be able to assist customers with questions they have
    • Manage inquiries regarding our websites, products, promotions and orders.
    • Complete and manage product exchanges, re-routes, and returns.
    • Collaborate and follow-up with customers.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years’ experience in customer service
    • Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
    • US Military Veteran a plus
