    THE ROLE

    We are looking to add a Marketing Manager to be an integral member of the Marketing Team who develops and manages the strategy for marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Manager collaborates with teams across the company to design creative (campaign) strategies that support specific marketing objectives and business goals, such as product launches or holiday promotions. This role will support programs across different channels and audience segments in support of overall strategic marketing plan and leads the development of the customer journey from initial exposure and messaging through to the receipt of product.

    YOUR TASK

    • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop a calendar of campaigns, initiatives, and promotions to meet specific business goals

    • Design strategies for each Marketing effort that cover the ensure consumer journey from initial exposure and messaging through to the product being received by the customer

    • Collaborate with other teams within the organization including Product, eCommerce, and Customer Experience to design customer journey maps that ensure consistent messaging and experience

    • Develop campaign strategy briefs that are used to develop full project plans by the marketing execution teams

    • Work closely with marketing execution teams including email, advertising, and graphics to maintain a consistent program strategy

    • Work closely with the product development team to integrate the new product calendar into the marketing calendar

    • Create high-level briefs to communicate marketing campaign activity to leadership across the company

    • Propose innovative ideas and initiatives that drive customer growth, sales, and scale brand awareness to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive brand strategy

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager, Digital Media Manager, Special Events Manager, or Campaign Manager role (experience in the CPG or D2C space is a major plus)

    • Experience developing creative and innovative marketing programs with a strong knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention, and growth, and reporting on the results

    • Expert understanding of customer insights and marketing analytics and the ability to translate reporting insights into actionable plans

    • Expert understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and objectives and capabilities of email marketing and advertising programs

    • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Google Analytics and Hubspot

    • Familiarity with Project Management platforms such as Asana or Trello

    • Strong cross-functional problem solving and strategic thinking skills to constantly and consistently ideate on how to achieve operational efficiency, while remaining aware of industry trends and best practices

    • Unparalleled organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once

    • Veteran or a strong connection to the US Military is a PLUS
