Job Summary

We are seeking an all around experienced construction tradesperson to join our Installation Technician team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using standard hand and power tools. Roof and ladder experience is a must. The ideal candidate is hard-working and dedicated to producing quality work. If you have some construction experience in these areas, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Construct wood structures including framing and minor sheet rock repair

Cut through roofs and walls.

Assist to install venting and fixtures that are related to the pre-fabricated fireplace industry (experience not necessary)

Be able to lift 40 pounds

Read manuals as necessary

Ladder and roof safety setup

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the construction industry.

Ability to frame

Ability to install sheet rock

Ability to read and take action from manufacturer's framing diagrams and manual

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements

Ability to stand and lift objects

Ability to work on roofs and with ladders
