We are a leading business loans company seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing relationships with clients seeking business loans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients
• Meet with clients to assess their business loan needs and provide solutions
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a smooth loan application process for clients
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

We offer a commission-based salary with no cap, allowing you to earn as much as you can. High-performing Sales Representatives have the potential to earn $100,000 or more in their first year. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

*This is a fully commission based position. We give out weekly bonuses and can offer draws to qualified candidates.
