Professional Development Assistance
The Sales Presentation and Proposal writer is responsible for working directly with the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop high-quality, compelling proposals and responses to Requests-for-Proposals (“RFPs”). As a key driver in both Marketing and Sales Team initiatives, this role plays a critical part in increasing annual recurring revenue and new business for the company.
Strong Advertising Copy background with a focus on Promo copy.
Prepare a project plan with assigned deliverables and deadlines and proactively manage the project against proposal timelines
Clearly communicate expectations for each RFP to the deal team
Ensure proper and consistent messaging by proofing, editing, and rewriting all sections of the document as required
Efficiently manage multiple, overlapping projects and deadlines
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of Digital sales, implementation, or support (Required)
A minimum of 2 years of Sales Proposal writing (Required)
Expert business writing and grammar skills are (Essential)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and Adobe Professional proficiency required
High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a team member on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines with the ability to work flexible hours as required during critical phases of the project
A college degree (BA or BS) required
