The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for the following:

Becoming fluent in company’s software

Supporting National Account Managers with managing their customer database, customer applications and documentation

Recommending strategies to increase efficiencies

Working as a liaison between National Account Managers, customers and external partners

Working closely with the sales and support teams to meet organizational goals

Learning and understanding the equipment finance industry

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

Ability to take initiative to solve problems creatively

Strong organization and time-management skills

Ability to type at a reasonable pace (hunt and peck method won’t fly)

Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (extra points if you are a tech guru)

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
