Junior Manufacturing Planner - Direct Hire!! $33-36/HR

In this position you will be responsible for planning and executing supply chain requirements to support the Systems product lines and their business goals of 95% on-time delivery to customers, 95% on time delivery from suppliers, inventory turns of 18, and 99% supplier quality performance and Zero quality escapes.

Skills/Experience:

The successful candidate must have:

• Experience with the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kanban and other visual ordering systems, kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis techniques.
• The desire to work within a Production team environment with a strong sense of personal and team responsibility and energy to succeed and learn new techniques and ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Three years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing company, which includes buying transactions and planning transactions utilizing an MRP system.

Education: BA/BS

Experience: 3-5 years
