JOB REPORTS TO HR Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a part of our recruiting team, you will play a vital role in building a team of multidisciplinary experts driving the BCI innovation. You are a creative, innovative, motivated individual who is driven and passionate about making change.
As a Recruiter, you will lead searches for bold talented professionals. You are excited about building and developing long-lasting relationships with people. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
Passion for the company and building a strong team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience growing customer relationship management and creating special methods to engage with industry experts.
Ability to create sourcing campaigns and networking events for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative and build strong productive long-lasting relationships.
Excellent work ethic and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and social media.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and
selection materials.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer
process.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
