    Job Description

    As the Administrative/Accounting Assistant you will wear many hats and have ever changing days.  You will handle high level administrative duties while organizing the bookkeeping processes of the company.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Schedule and organize activities such as internal and external meetings, dinners, conference calls, etc.
    • Coordinate calendars, itineraries, agendas, domestic and international travel, including airline, hotel, and rental cars
    • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies
    • Organize the bookkeeping processes of the company using QuickBooks and Excel
    • Handle budgets and expenses
    • Assist with company events and outings - there will be many of these throughout the year
    • Answer phones, greet guests, take messages, organize front office, order and stock supplies
    • Receiving and sorting incoming mail
    • Work 3 hours a day with company accountant updating QuickBooks, A/P, A/R, expenses, and budget reports

    Excellent opportunity for quick growth in responsibilities and compensation.  We are looking at this position to eventually run the office and set the pace for rapid expansion.

    Hiring immediately.  This is not a remote position and will be a 40-hour a week in the office role.  A background check will be conducted upon acceptance of job.
