Responsibilities: • Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly
