Responsibilities: • Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Oversee the steps in hiring, from interview scheduling, making recommendations on top talent and following up with those who are not selected • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Superb time management and organizational skills • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well Compensation: $60,000 yearly at plan
