    Additional Information

The role will be in-office as needed - training will be in-office, as users are mostly WFH but connect to their desktops (which are in-office), and when those desktops have issues, someone has to physically go in. After initial training, on-site visits will only be required when there are issues. These users have yet to be fully migrated, so they're not fully virtual yet -- that will take place later this year..
