Based in Richmond, TX, this position will be administrative support to the President and business to help support the many various activities and tasks in order to maintain and enhance the perception of the company among various internal and external audiences. We are looking for a hardworking Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations in the corporate office to help us shape and enhance our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission. You'll be part of the team and responsible for the following:

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous working experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant for 2-4 years
    • Degree in business, marketing, communications or similar relevant field, preferred
    • Experience with online marketing and building a brand, preferred
    • Expertly tech savvy
    • Passion for administrative role that follows best practices
    • Strong professional communication skills, verbally and in writing
    • Service-oriented
    • Pro at maintaining calendar, conference calls, travel and all administrative functions
    • Take pleasure in knowing what will be needed before it is asked for
    • Experience with social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Manage and maintain calendars (meetings, editorial, conferences, events etc.)
    • Provide assistance organization and execution of different events
    • Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates
    • Perform a variety of different administrative tasks
    • High energy and stamina to keep pace with high speed work environment

    SALARY Salary is dependent on the candidate’s experience.
