WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are looking for a Client Partner/SME within the banking industry that will drive and expand account growth by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the card banking process. The Client Partner/SME will advise and support clients by offering solutions and tactics to achieve their business goals; therefore, a strong record of accomplishment in profitable growth along with account expansion and management experience is necessary. This role requires extensive customer relations experience and a focus on revenues, operating margin, customer satisfaction, and employee growth and development. Although this position is client- and sales-oriented, soft technical skills related to legacy and modern banking payment applications, APIs, and bank product design are highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquire and expand key account relationships with potential revenue of $10MM+.
Take ownership of the region's new and existing product development and enhancement, and be the go-to person for all banking product-related matters.
Develop and drive new/improved processes, communication, and relationships between partners to enable efficiency.
Oversee the delivery and support of business development by recommending technical solutions, consulting between business operations, and determining software development requirements or enhancements.
Create an account plan with details of the relationship, opportunities to pursue, revenue expectations, and potential threats or weaknesses to address.
Serve as the bridge between the business and IT stakeholders to embrace technology as a tool to solve business problems.
Use expertise in banking products to help design and build such products in Thought Machine's core banking platform.
