    Residential HVAC Sales Responsibilities:

    • Follows service system process to identify customer needs and provide multiple options.
    • Master "why Blanton's"
    • Deliver a level of service that turns our commodity into an amazing experience for the customer "Wow!"
    • Monitor the sale from initial contact to final completion to assure a "Wow" experience.
    • Consistently achieve conversion rate and average ticket goals
    • With additional duties based on the needs of the company

    What You’ll Need:

    • Established reputation for customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
    • Be able to create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
    • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
    • Get potential customers excited about Blanton’s and encourage them to spread the word.
    • The willingness to become an expert in your market area and know the customer’s needs.
    • Ingenuity to set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.
