JOB BRIEF:

Blast Craft is looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for meeting the needs of our large and diverse customer base by providing support via phone, email, workflow management software and fax (yes, some of our customers still fax).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop customer relationships that build trust in Blast Craft

· Process inbound quotes, orders and customer inquiries in an efficient manner

· Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow through to satisfactory resolution

· Follow customer service procedures, policies and standards

· Keep accurate records and document customer service interactions

· Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities of the day

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· 3-5 year’s experience in a professional work environment

· 2+ years as a customer service representative, retail lead or significant experience in a position interfacing with customers in person, over the phone and via email

· Personal computer expertise, including PC and web-based customer service software and workflow management tools

· Bring a positive attitude to work without exception

· Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency in English with strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal

· Must be comfortable solving problems on the fly, troubleshooting and multi-tasking

· High School degree required; some secondary education preferred

· 3 personal references required
