Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the supervising producer and the production team creating a wide variety of content types. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from researching, brainstorming, and pitching video ideas to coordinating shoots and assisting with post-production and social media promotion as needed. This position is based out of our Nashville, TN office. Remote work is not an option.
Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience in video production, preferably in a YouTube or digital media environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and SEO best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Task Examples:
- Set up and test cameras, lighting, and audio equipment before each recording or filming session, ensuring all settings are optimized for the best possible quality.
- Print cue cards for hosts and guests, ensuring accuracy and readability, and organizing them for easy access during filming.
- Provide water and drinking containers for each guest and place them on the set prior to each taping session.
- During filming or recording, operate cameras, monitor audio and lighting, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a smooth and seamless production process.
- Collaborate with the producer and team to schedule social media video posts, ensuring they are timely, relevant, and aligned with the channel's brand and audience interests.
- Identify interesting and shareable quotes from each episode and communicate with the graphic designer to request quote graphics to be posted on various social media platforms the following day.
- Collaborate with contributors who appeared on the show that day, responding to any questions or comments they may have and engaging with them on social media to increase audience engagement and promote the Fearless brand.
- Work with the team to leverage the BlazeTV social media platforms to help grow the Fearless brand, identifying opportunities to cross-promote content and reach new audiences.
- Continuously monitor social media platforms for feedback and comments from the audience, providing suggestions to the team to maintain engagement and positive interactions.
- Attend any meetings or training sessions to stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the industry.
- Perform any other tasks related to the production and management of Fearless as needed.
