We are seeking a “Field Marketing Manager” to increase awareness around Lunaphore and its products among the scientific community, including Discovery, Translational and Clinical researchers across Academia, Biopharma and CROs to ultimately generate sales opportunities. This role involves the organization of regional activities such as scientific seminars and roadshows, attendance to local conferences, development of promotional content, and coordination of regional marketing campaigns. You will be an integral part of our Global Marketing Team, reporting to the Director of Marketing, and working closely with Events, Product Marketing and US Commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Support development of the marketing strategy of Lunaphore products, setting goals, identifying key success factors, and outlining tactics with KPIs, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition, while boosting scientific credibility and product awareness.
- Support lead and opportunity generation in the North American region. Track new leads in the CRM in alignment with Lunaphore processes and coordinate follow-ups with Sales Development Representatives.
- Plan, organize and execute local scientific seminars and roadshows in North America, including: coordination with hosting institutions and scientists, definition of content agenda, development of promotional content, and management of logistics of marketing materials and delegate attendance.
- Plan and organize and/or support Lunaphore’s presence at local and international scientific conferences, including sponsorship coordination, content and logistics, as well as event attendance to ensure its execution.
- Monitor the market and competition and provide market and customer inputs from the North American territory to Product Marketing to influence Marketing content strategy. Support Product Marketing in the development of campaigns to raise awareness, generate new leads and nurture them through the marketing and sales funnels.
- Set goals and track performance of marketing activities in North America. Develop reports, analyze KPIs and ROI, and regularly optimize marketing efforts.
- Actively contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of the Lead Generation and Events organization processes.
- Regularly align with the Global Events and Product Marketing teams based in Switzerland to ensure branding, communication and process consistency.
- Regularly align with the North America Commercial team to support sales efforts in the region through participation in sales calls, organization of ad-hoc events and presentations, and by coordinating event logistics with them.
- Travel nationally and internationally to attend scientific conferences or team meetings up to 30% of the time.
