Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Consultant to support our Fortune 100 financial services client’s digital transformation initiatives. This role will serve the Enterprise Customer Engagement Solutions (ECES) team that sits within our client’s Enterprise Communications and MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization.

The Consultant will support change management processes within the ECES US Consulting Team as they migrate from a legacy Targeting & Eligibility platform to a new, upgraded platform. The individual will partner with leadership to create and execute a robust change management program to ensure a seamless transition for all users, including marketing and internal team members.

• Location: Hybrid in NYC (minimum of 3 days per week onsite)
• Duration: 12+ month consulting role with potential for extension

** What you’ll do:**

• Support the creation and execution of a communication plan including scheduled status updates, announcements, etc.
• Create training materials using different mediums for delivery as appropriate (PowerPoint, in-person training sessions, short videos, tip sheets, and more)
• Keep campaign migration documents updated and perform follow-ups with internal team members to ensure that all documentation is current and consistent.
• Solicit feedback on the new system from marketing/internal users and ensure feedback is tracked and actioned.
• Maintain and adhere to product delivery schedule to ensure that change management needs and timelines are adjusted for products being delivered.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills
• Strong level of comfort working with ambiguity and white space; ability to implement structure to drive work forward.
• Experience planning and implementing change management initiatives within enterprise organizations.
• Keen ability to break down complex ideas into tactical execution plans.
• Ability to function independently, effectively prioritize work, and be willing to bring new ideas to the table.
• Ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively, when needed, in written form (PowerPoint) and tailored appropriately for the audience.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in all MS Office Applications (specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio)
• Experience working with MRM software such as Salesforce desired.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

The starting pay range for this role is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
