    Job Description

    We are actively searching for a Marketing Manager with a background in Public, Media, and Publisher Relations and Content Management. This role is critical to Blend360’s growth across corporate marketing initiatives and requires a strategic professional who can devise and execute content marketing plans while also managing public, partner, and publisher relationships and programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Public Relations Management: Implement the PR strategy set by the Marketing leadership team. Facilitate the launch of key announcements throughout the year with a focus on enhancing the brand’s reputation and increasing media coverage. Coordination across business units and stakeholders to facilitate the creation of announcements, roll-out plans, approvals, media pitches, and interviews.
    • Media Liaison: To work alongside leadership teams in identifying key media targets, outreach, and relationship building. Establish and foster relationships with key media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers in the industry to secure press coverage and maximize brand exposure. Oversee effective publisher marketing initiatives that may include marketing funds, webinar coordination, and content development.
    • Content Management: Oversee the company's content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content pieces that align with the brand's messaging and overall objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the content development process including coordinating across stakeholders and 3rd parties on timelines, tone/voice, due dates, and best practices. Work across the marketing team on coordinating content usage within campaigns including launch dates, posting, and alignment to other campaign priorities.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing
    • Proven track record of successfully executing partnership programs through partners, publishers, influencers, etc.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent tone and voice across content and develop compelling campaigns that showcase core business stories.
    • Experience in managing relationships with partners, publishers, and influencers.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, events, email marketing, and content management systems.
    • Experience with managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with an emphasis on Account Based Marketing programs.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Creative thinker with a keen attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.

    Additional Information

    The starting pay range for this role is $90k - $110k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to skill set and experience, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
