Job Description
Our client is a Certified B Corp Digital Marketing Agency that is is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This is a role suited for individuals with localization industry or international marketing experience ideally, formerly in an account management role with customer-facing experience looking to grow professionally. A person looking for a focus on business results; unphased about having business conversations with senior-level clients in Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of roles spanning Media & Communications, Web, Brand, Marketing, Content, Digital, Social Media, Product and Creative.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 70%-90% Account Development and 10%-30% Business Development
- Define and manage account strategy & support operational efficiency
- Working with cross-functional teams to determine resource allocation
- Value proposition/key selling points
- Addressing pain points & sales objections
- Quote/proposal strategy
- Pitch decks and proposals
- Intro calls/evaluation
- Contracts & commercial setup
- Lead account teams
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years experience in account management or solutions consultancy at a marketing agency (ideally localization)
- Experience with business development within the marketing industry is a plus
- Organized and able to sift through changing priorities. Proactive in identifying customer needs, outward-thinking, skilled in aligning internal and external expectations
- Understanding of sales & marketing techniques and practices
- A track record in building business and solving problems
- Confident with sales and CRM tools for budgeting, presentation, planning and tracking
Compensation Range: $65K-$100K
