Job Description
The Marketing Campaign Scrum Master is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering application on own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts a broad area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

The starting pay range for this role is $35.00/HR - $40.00/HR. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
